We provide resources, counseling and support for employees who may be struggling with loneliness, isolation and mobbing. We also provide training and education to the management and employees to recognize the signs of these issues and to provide an appropriate response to it. Additionally, our service also includes support in developing a plan to prevent similar occurrences in the future, and to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.
