Cell Training IHHT & Mitochondria
Rejuvenating yourself from the cells
Interval Hypoxic - Hyperoxic Training IHHT
Interval hypoxia-hyperoxia training (IHHT), or “altitude training”, is an effective and safe therapy to stimulate your cells using oxygen regulation. Designed to help the body reject damaged mitochondria and replace them with new and healthy ones, so you can feel more energy and reduce susceptibility to illnesses. A Certified IHHT Practitioner regulates the oxygen intervals while the patient relaxes and breathes through a mask during the 40+ minute session. Every person is different, so results may vary. Depending on your goals, health habits, frequency of the treatment and other factors, you may start to experience positive changes over a period of 4 weeks.

The Mitochondria
Mitochondria are small, double-membraned organelles often referred to as the "powerhouses of the cell." Their primary function is to generate energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) through a process called cellular respiration. This crucial process involves breaking down nutrients from the food we consume, such as glucose and fatty acids, to produce energy that fuels various cellular activities. Beyond energy production, mitochondria play essential roles in regulating cell growth, cell cycle, and cell death. Their intricate involvement in cellular functions makes them integral to overall health and vitality. Depending to what cell we talk about, there are more or less mitochondria. In the brain cell
