Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Appointment Cancellations
All appointments are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For shorter notice or no-shows, 100% of the fee will be charged.

2. Health Insurance Coverage
It is the client’s responsibility to clarify coverage with their health insurance provider. Treatments in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are generally recognised by all Swiss health insurers, except the Helsana Group.

 

3. Non-Insurance Services
The following services are not covered by health insurance and are billed separately:

• Functional Medicine

• Coaching & Mentoring

• Microbiome Analysis & Treatment Plan Preparation

The hourly rate for non-insurance services is CHF 280.

 

4. Liability Disclaimer – Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an invasive procedure where needles penetrate the skin and tissues. Minor bruising may occur, which is harmless and usually subsides within a few days. By choosing treatment, clients acknowledge and accept this risk.

 

5. Payment Terms
Invoices for insurance-covered services are issued monthly and payable within 10 days. Non-insurance services booked online must be paid immediately via PayPal.

 

6. Online Services & Website Purchases
All services booked or purchased through the website must be paid directly via the platform (credit card / PayPal).

 

7. Data Protection
All client data is handled strictly confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.

 

8. Liability
Treatments are carried out based on professional knowledge and experience. However, clients are responsible for their own health decisions. No liability is assumed for consequences arising from incomplete information or lack of cooperation.

 

9. Jurisdiction
All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
