Cancellation Policy

Keynote & Workshop Terms & Conditions (Applicable to Corporate Bookings) 1. Scope of Services These terms apply to keynote speeches, workshops and educational formats delivered by Edna Schur for companies, institutions, organisations and corporate clients. Participation fees listed (e.g. up to 200 participants CHF 5’130.– / 200–999 participants CHF 9’870.–) apply per event and are exclusive of travel and accommodation unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Booking & Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed upon: Written agreement (email confirmation is sufficient), and Receipt of the agreed deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total fee is due within 14 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. 3. Payment Terms Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. All prices are stated in CHF and are exclusive of applicable VAT (if applicable). 4. Travel & Expenses Travel time, transportation, accommodation and related expenses will be invoiced separately unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. Cancellation by Client Cancellations must be made in writing. More than 60 days before the event: 25% of total fee due 30–59 days before the event: 50% of total fee due 15–29 days before the event: 75% of total fee due Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of total fee due If the event is postponed and a new date is agreed within 6 months, cancellation fees may be credited toward the rescheduled date at the discretion of Edna Schur. 6. Cancellation by Speaker In the unlikely event that Edna Schur is unable to perform due to illness or force majeure, all payments received will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. 7. Intellectual Property All keynote materials, presentations and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Edna Schur. Recording, distribution or publication (audio, video or slides) requires prior written consent. 8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive organisational information shared in preparation for or during the engagement. 9. Liability Liability is limited to the amount of the agreed fee. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law. 10. Applicable Law Swiss law applies.
