Nutrition Facts

We live in a world where every minute a new science paper appears about nutrition. There are studies, books and a multitude of opinions. But the most important in my opinion is to not forget that nutrition is like medicine - INDIVIDUAL. 

Vitamins

Whenever I find a study or facts on nutrients I will post it here. 

Vitamin A

  • Important for the eyes

Vitamin B

  • Vitamin B1

  • B2

  • B3 - one of most comonly not being sufficient and therefore a connection to depression

  • B6

  • B9

  • B12

Vitamin C

  • Always choose the right version. Not an Ester or synthetic ascorbic acid. but rather an extract from acerola

  • Eat loads of leafy greens, broccoli, spices and herbs like rosemary contain loads of vitamin C. 

Vitamin D

  • Not a vitamin and super important for: 

    • Bone health​

    • Hormone production especially Estrogen

    • Immune system

    • Heart health

Vitamin E

  • Your skin will be happy if you implement vitamin E into your food.
