Inhalt und Modules
Modul 1: Was ist Epigenetik? (3 Tage)
Fundamentals of epigenetics, gene activation and silencing, and how environment and behavior influence gene regulation.
Module 2: Evolution & Transgenerational Trauma (4 days)
How experiences affect future generations. Transmission of trauma, family history, and cellular memory.
Module 3: Behavior & Systemic Work (4 days)
Avoidance strategies, sabotage patterns, systemic constellation work, coaching techniques, and SelFormAtion case history.
Module 4: Biological & Behavioral Epigenetics (3 days)
Interactions between physical health, behavioral patterns, and gene expression.
Module 5: Nutrients & Behavior (1 day)
Vitamins, minerals, and other substances that influence mood, concentration, and motivation.
Module 6: Business & Marketing (1 day)
Positioning as a mental coach, creating service offerings, communication, ethics, and online marketing.
Certification:
Certificate “Epigenetics & Mental Coach” awarded after completion of a final thesis, including 3 months of client support (with documentation of 2 case studies).
